1. General Provisions

By making a booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.



2. Scope of Services



We provide tours, activities, experiences, and related services either directly or through carefully selected third-party partners. Descriptions, inclusions, duration, and conditions of each product are stated on the product page and form an integral part of the contract.



3. Booking and Contract Formation



A contract between the customer and the provider is formed at the moment of successful booking and payment confirmation. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.



4. Prices and Payments



All prices are stated per person unless specified otherwise and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.



5. Changes and Cancellations by the Customer



Cancellation and modification conditions vary depending on the specific product and are always stated in the product description.


Unless stated otherwise:


  • Cancellations made within the free cancellation period are fully refundable.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full loss of the paid amount.



Refunds are processed using the original payment method.



6. Changes and Cancellations by the Provider



We reserve the right to modify or cancel a service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or insufficient capacity.


In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date, an alternative service, or a full refund.



7. Customer Responsibilities



Customers are required to:


  • arrive on time at the designated meeting point;
  • follow instructions provided by guides or staff;
  • comply with safety rules and applicable laws;
  • ensure they are physically and legally fit to participate in the activity.



Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the activity without entitlement to a refund.



8. Liability



We are not liable for damages caused by the customer’s failure to follow instructions, by third parties, or by events beyond our reasonable control.


Participation in activities is at the customer’s own risk unless otherwise required by mandatory law.



9. Third-Party Services



Some services are provided by third-party partners. In such cases, these partners are responsible for the proper delivery of the service. We act as an intermediary where applicable.



10. Complaints



Any complaints must be reported without undue delay, preferably on site or immediately after the service. Complaints submitted later may not be accepted.



11. Personal Data Protection



Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.



12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction



These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.



13. Final Provisions



We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The version published on the website at the time of booking is binding.
