      • Please, pick up your tickets and meet the representative at the office GET PRAGUE GUIDE at Maiselova 5, 110 00, Prague 1. TICKET INFO: The voucher is not your ticket. The assistant will exchange your voucher for the actual ticket to the Astronomical Clock tower. OPTIONAL ONLINE GUIDE INFO: You will receive your Audio Guide login details by separate email on the day the activity takes place. Please be sure to arrive on time. The assistant will start the introduction at the scheduled time, after that we can not guarantee you a short introduction. However, you can still pick up your tickets. In case you are running late, please let us immediately know. The 20 minutes introduction is guaranteed in English, other languages are available according to the skills of the guide.
