It survived the Second World War, but also many floods. It has earned respect around the world for its success in breeding and has won many world premieres.

You will receive the login details for the audioguide on the day of your reservation via a separate email. Immediately after logging in, you can start your self-guided audio tour in front of the main entrance to the Prague Zoo, located at U Trojského zámku 120/3 in the Prague-Troja district.

Please note that for the audioguide to work properly, it is necessary to have a working internet connection at all times when using the audioguide.

How to redeem a ticket: 1) On the day of your reservation you will receive an email with login information to your Audioguide around 9 am in the morning. (If you can not see this email, please check your SPAM folder) 2) Please click the link in your email that will redirect you to a login page - all of the login information is prefilled. If not, you can find them in the email. 3) Please hit the login button. 4) In the Audioguide menu, you will find an Entry ticket. 5) Please scan this entry ticket at the entrance scanner. 6) You are IN. 7) Please go back to the menu, and open Stage 1 of your audioguide. 8) Hit the play button, and enjoy your visit!
