  • Please pick up your ticket at the GET PRAGUE GUIDE office at Maiselova 5, 110 00, Prague 1. 
  • TICKET INFO: At our Get Prague Guide office, our representatives will exchange your voucher for a ticket to the Prague Castle interiors(you can not enter the interiors with just a voucher). The ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it), and it includes one entry to every attraction (Old Royal Palace, Basilica of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral). 
  • AUDIOGUIDE INFO: You will receive your Audio Guide login details by a separate email on the day the activity takes place.
